Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the group of anxiety disorder 1) aged 19-70 2) Participants with anxiety disorder using SCID-5 including social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, other specified anxiety disorders, and unspecified anxiety disorder 3) Participants who voluntarily decide to participate in the clinical study and sign the written consent form 4) Participants who are eligible for a MRI scan Inclusion criteria for healthy controls 1) aged 19-70 2) Participants who voluntarily decide to participate in the clinical study and sign the written consent form 3) Participants who are eligible for a MRI scan
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the group of anxiety disorder 1) risk of suicide with C-SSRS with greater than 4 2) anxiety disorders including separation anxiety disorder, selective mutism, substance-induced anxiety disorder, anxiety disorder due to medication, or anxiety disorder due to other medical conditions 3) current or past history of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder 4) alcohol or other substance use disorders within 8 weeks 5) history of cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumor, or traumatic brain injury 6) history of neurological or systemic diseases that may affect central nervous system 7) unstable medical conditions requiring inpatient treatment 8) usage of a pacemaker 9) participation in medication or other intervention in other clinical trials within 1 month 10) pregnant or lactating women or not using medically acceptable contraception during the study period 11) inappropriate for enrollment due to other reasons as determined by the investigators Exclusion criteria for healthy controls 1) past history of major psychiatric disorders within past 2 years including depression disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) 2) BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventroy) scores are greater than 8 3) In cases where major depressive disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, binge eating disorder, bulimia nervosa, or alcohol use disorder is suspected based on the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) 4) current or past history of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder 5) alcohol or other substance use disorders within 8 weeks 6) history of cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumor, or traumatic brain injury 7) history of neurological or systemic diseases that may affect central nervous system 8) unstable medical conditions requiring inpatient treatment 9) usage of a pacemaker 10) participation in medication or other intervention in other clinical trials within 1 month 11) pregnant or lactating women or not using medically acceptable contraception during the study period 12) inappropriate for enrollment due to other reasons as determined by the investigators
