Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older who voluntarily agree to participate with written informed consent 2. Able to complete online surveys via smartphone or personal computer 3. Able to use a mobile application (e.g., KakaoPasta) to record dietary intake for 7 consecutive days 4. Sufficient literacy in Korean to understand and complete questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a current or past diagnosis of an eating disorder (e.g., anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa) 2. Individuals diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for major psychiatric disorders (e.g., major depressive disorder, schizophrenia) 3. Individuals who have difficulty using mobile applications or completing online questionnaires 4. Individuals with cognitive or physical impairments that interfere with understanding or complying with study procedures 5. Individuals deemed unsuitable for the study at the discretion of the investigator
