Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 to 50 with a BMI of 23 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with musculoskeletal, neurological or cardiovascular diseases that may affect the study Those who cannot participate in all 8 intervention sessions Those who have undergone orthopedic surgery within the last 6 months
