Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fifty male Taekwondo majors, aged 19 years or older, enrolled at University B in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, with at least three years of Taekwondo experience, no functional limitations in performing the knife-hand block technique, and who provided consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with less than 3 years of Taekwondo experience, Individuals with functional limitations during the knifehand block movement
