Interventions

Medical Device : This study will involve 22 children with cerebral palsy who have gait impairments. Participants will be classified according to the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Children diagnosed with cerebral palsy who meet all of the following: 1) Height: =115 cm (Small size: 115–150 cm; Large size: 140–190 cm) or thigh length =27.4 cm 2) Age: 4–18 years (=115 cm height based on the 2017 growth chart) 3) Body weight: =80 kg (Small size: =40 kg; Large size: =80 kg) 4) Manual ability: Level 3 or higher on the Manual Ability Classification System (MACS) 5) Cognitive ability: Moderate or higher level on the Social Maturity Scale 6) Walking ability: Functional Ambulation Category (FAC) score of 1–3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1) Open wounds that prevent safe device wearing 2) Severe deformity or joint contracture in the lower limbs 3) Severe spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale grade =3) 4) Cognitive impairment that interferes with cooperation during robotic gait training 5) Mismatch between the participant’s thigh and shank length and the device specifications 6) Refusal to participate in the study
