Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients aged =20 years and <75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in whom anatomical difficulty is anticipated for insertion of either an endotracheal tube or a supraglottic airway device (i-gel), such as congenital or acquired malformations of the oral cavity or pharynx, or loose teeth. Patients with severe obesity, defined as a body mass index (BMI) = 35 kg/m². Patients with a history of severe gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Patients with impaired pulmonary function and chronic lung disease resulting in markedly reduced lung compliance. Patients with a history of complications related to supraglottic airway device placement or endotracheal intubation during previous surgeries or anesthesia.
