Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Korean individuals aged 2 years or older with healthy skin (stratified into age groups: children to 20s, 30s–40s, 50s–60s, and 70s or older)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Participants Currently pregnant, breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant within one month, or having given birth within the past year Use of oral antibiotics, retinoids, steroids, or other medications that may affect study results within the past 6 months Use of topical medications containing steroids for more than one month for the treatment of skin conditions Presence of skin diseases (e.g., atopic dermatitis), skin allergies, sensitive or hypersensitive skin that may affect study outcomes Underwent skin procedures (e.g., chemical peeling, Botox, or other dermatological treatments) on the study area within the past 6 months Presence of chronic wasting diseases (e.g., asthma, diabetes) Diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or intellectual disabilities Any other condition deemed by the principal investigator to make participation in the study inappropriate 2) Exclusion Criteria for Participants with Target Skin Diseases Active malignant cancer or history of receiving anticancer therapy within the past year Presence of widespread infection In drug-induced condition studies, participants who are currently taking or have been on the relevant medication for an extended period Any other condition deemed by the principal investigator to make participation in the study inappropriate
