Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Study Group Pediatric patients aged 2 years and older and adults under 70 years of age who have been diagnosed with an inflammatory skin disease Individuals who are able to cooperate with the clinical study process, including stable specimen collection ? Control Group Healthy individuals aged 2 years and older and under 70 years of age who do not have any inflammatory skin disease Individuals who are able to cooperate with the clinical study process, including stable specimen collection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Individuals with coexisting dermatological or systemic diseases that may affect the study results Individuals who have taken systemic medications that may influence the study outcomes (e.g., steroids, immunomodulators, antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals, probiotics, or prebiotics) within the past 3 months, or applied such agents topically to the affected area within the past 1 month Individuals with compromised immune function Individuals with drug or alcohol addiction, or psychiatric disorders Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding Individuals whom the investigator deems unsuitable for study participation for any other reason
