Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - An adult (over the age of 20) who was diagnosed with a stroke and entered the stroke intensive care unit - Korean Modified Rankin Scale (K-mRS) score 2-4 at admission (moderate to severe disability) - A person who can communicate, understands the contents of the question, responds, and agrees to participate in the study - those who have been hospitalized for more than three days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - a patient with severe loss of consciousness, cognitive impairment - a patient with severe aphasia - a minor - a discharged patient within three days
