Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In cases of obstructive jaundice among patients with solid pancreatic masses for whom histological confirmation is deemed necessary based on clinical or radiological assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent only one of the procedures (either EUS-FNA or ERCP) 2. Patients with uncontrolled cardiopulmonary disease 3. Patients with uncontrolled coagulopathy (INR > 1.5 or platelet count < 50,000 / mm³) 4. Patients currently receiving antithrombotic therapy that cannot be discontinued or delayed 5. Pregnant women 6. Patients who did not provide informed consent
