Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients aged 19 or older - First-time outpatients at institutions participating in the Korean medicine and Western medicine collaboration Pilot Project, with low back pain related condition - Complained of low back pain for more than three months *Cf - Major diseases causing chronic low back pain : M40-43 Degenerative spine disease M44-49 Spinal disease M53 Other spine diseases M54 Back pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Auto insurance patients† ? Patients expected to be difficult to follow up, due to unstable housing, unclear contact information, etc. ? Patients who may have difficulty understanding and responding to the study questionnaire due to illiteracy, mental incapacity, etc. ? Other patients whom the researcher deems unsuitable for study participation ? Participants in the pilot project for insurance coverage of herbal medicine decoctions†† † Not eligible for the Korean medicine and Western medicine collaboration Pilot Project not eligible for concurrent participation in the 5th phase of the Korean Medicine–Western Medicine Collaboration pilot project.
