Behavioral, Others : - Treatment as usual (TAU): Both experimental and control participants will continue any ongoing standard care (e.g., counseling, pharmacotherapy) throughout the trial. - Educatio
if they wish, installation and usage training are provided, with the same guidebook and tutorial video as the experimental group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion Criteria (Participants who meet all of the following criteria) • Aged between 19 and 39 years old. • Self-reported at least one of the following mental health-related conditions: 1) Registered at a mental health welfare center or suicide prevention center in Seoul or Gyeonggi Province. 2) Experienced suicidal thoughts/impulses, or planned/attempted suicide within the past year. 3) Diagnosed with a mental health condition within the past year. 4) Currently taking medications related to mental health. 5) Currently receiving mental health-related counseling. • Owns a smartphone capable of running mobile applications. • Able to use a smartphone and mobile application without assistance. • Able to read and write in Korean. • Understands the purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (2) Exclusion Criteria (Participants who meet any of the following criteria) • Owns only a 2G mobile phone that cannot run mobile applications. • Expected to be in an environment or situation during the 8-week study period where app use is not possible (e.g., moving to an area without internet access, hospitalization, etc.). • Currently participating in another study involving mobile applications. • Has active psychiatric symptoms such as hallucinations or delusions that impair understanding of the study or the ability to use the app.
