Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Neonates Born to Mothers with GDM (Study Group) Neonates born to mothers diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) Neonates whose legal guardians are able to provide informed consent and agree to participate in clinical research procedures, including biospecimen collection Healthy Neonates (Control Group) Neonates born to mothers without a diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus Neonates whose legal guardians are able to provide informed consent and agree to participate in clinical research procedures, including biospecimen collection /Cholecystitis and Disease Control Group> Inclusion Criteria Adult Patients Diagnosed with Cholelithiasis and/or Cholecystitis (Study Group) Adults aged 18 years or older with radiologic evidence (ultrasound, CT, or MRI) of gallstones and/or gallbladder inflammation, regardless of symptom presence Individuals who are able to provide informed consent and cooperate with clinical research procedures, including biospecimen collection Disease Control Group: Patients with Gallbladder Polyps but without Cholelithiasis or Cholecystitis Adults aged 18 years or older diagnosed with gallbladder polyps and confirmed absence of cholelithiasis and cholecystitis Individuals who are able to provide informed consent and cooperate with clinical research procedures, including biospecimen collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Neonates diagnosed with multiple congenital anomalies Neonates with systemic diseases that may affect the study outcomes Individuals deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the clinical study for any other reason /Cholecystitis and Disease Control Group> Exclusion Criteria Adults with systemic diseases or who are currently taking medications that may influence the study outcomes Individuals deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the clinical study for any other reason
