Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Early childhood teachers (kindergarten or daycare teachers) currently working at early childhood education institutions (daycare centers or kindergartens) ? Early childhood teachers with at least six months of work experience at an early childhood education institution ? Early childhood teachers who have no difficulties in communication and are able to understand the educational content and questions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals engaged in administrative or managerial work who do not directly participate in child education or care at early childhood education institutions ? Individuals who have previously received infection control education through simulation-based training ? Individuals who have been diagnosed with skin diseases (e.g., contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis) or currently have abnormal skin conditions
