Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who are 19 years of age or older who have agreed to the study (if voluntary consent is deemed difficult, the consent of the legal representative is obtained together) ? Patients with chronic atrial fibrillation of QRS duration<130msec ? Left ventricular ejection fraction =35% patients with at least 3 months of medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? a patient with a past pacemaker or defibrillator inserted ? Patients conditioned for ICD insertion for secondary prophylaxis purposes ? a patient with mechanical tricuspid valve ? Patients with a life expectancy of less than one year (e.g., patients with no heart transplants, patients undergoing DNR, patients in hospice wards for refusing life-sustaining treatment, patients with terminal cancer who are unable to perform radiation or chemotherapy, etc.)
