Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At the time of the experiment, subjects were those who had no pain in the lower back or lower limbs, had no history of surgery or fractures in the lower back or lower limbs, had no current knee pain or limited range of motion, and had no limitations on pelvis-knee-ankle movement or associated pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who have had an injury to the lower extremities or trunk in the 6 months prior to the experiment, those who have had a physical activity restriction of more than 2 weeks to prevent knee injury and pain, those who have a history of ACL injury or other musculoskeletal injury, those who have a history of back surgery or diseases such as disc, spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis including sciatica, and pregnant women.
