Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria First, individuals diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis by a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist for at least 3 months. Second, adult males and females aged 18 to 65 years, with a pain intensity of 4 or higher on the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS). Third, individuals who have not undergone surgical intervention for lateral epicondylitis. Fourth, individuals who exhibit pain in at least two of the following four special tests: - Cozen's test: Resisted wrist extension test - Maudsley's test: Resisted middle finger extension test - Mill's test: Passive wrist flexion - Handgrip dynamometer test Fifth, individuals scoring 24 points or higher on the Korean Mini-Mental State Exam (K-MMSE).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria First, individuals with hypertension (diastolic blood pressure: 110 mmHg / systolic blood pressure: 180 mmHg). Second, individuals complaining of neurological symptoms in the arm, such as radicular pain. Third, individuals with a history of cardiovascular disease. Fourth, individuals with shoulder joint flexion range of motion less than 120°. Fifth, individuals who have received conservative treatment within 4 weeks prior to participating in the study. Sixth, individuals who have received injection treatment within 6 months prior to participating in the study. Seventh, individuals with a history of elbow surgery. Eighth, individuals showing signs of arthritis (localized or systemic).
