Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged =19 years Diagnosed with one of the above 10 spinal conditions requiring surgical intervention Able and willing to provide written informed consent Willing to undergo follow-up assessments up to 60 months postoperatively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 18 years of age Medically unfit for general anesthesia and spinal surgery due to serious comorbidities Inability to complete follow-up or withdrawal of consent
