Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 years or older Clinically diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Provided written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study Cognitively and communicatively capable of understanding the procedures and cooperating with assessments No comorbid neurological or musculoskeletal disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders other than spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) Individuals with cognitive impairment or communication difficulties that interfere with cooperation in study procedures Individuals who have undergone surgery or experienced an acute illness within the past 3 months, making functional assessment difficult Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator for any reason
