Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 65 or older 2) Individuals residing in long-term care facilities such as day care centers and nursing homes 3) Individuals who are able to stand and walk independently or with assistance and assistive devices 4) Individuals without serious disorders of sensory functions such as vision, hearing, and vestibular organs 5) Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and can voluntarily consent to participate 6) Individuals with cognitive function sufficient to understand and respond to instructions, with an MMSE score of 24 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have difficulty standing or walking independently due to severe damage to the lower limbs or musculoskeletal system 2) Those with uncorrectable visual impairments such as color blindness 3) Those with hearing impairments that make it difficult to clearly receive instructions even with a hearing aid 4) Individuals with neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis that may affect walking and reaction time 5) Individuals diagnosed with moderate to severe dementia or severe cognitive impairment based on MMSE criteria, making communication difficult 6) Individuals deemed unable to participate safely due to fatigue, dizziness, or decreased physical strength during the study 7) Individuals who have difficulty recognizing and understanding visual stimuli presented in Korean characters
