Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MPU Group ? Patients admitted to the Medical Psychiatry Unit (MPU) ? Patients diagnosed with a major psychiatric disorder according to DSM-5 criteria (e.g., schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, somatic symptom disorder, etc.) ? Patients diagnosed with a major medical condition such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, or liver disease 2. PCS Group ? Patients admitted to non-psychiatric departments who received three or more psychiatric consultations during a single hospitalization, or psychiatric inpatients who received three or more internal medicine consultations for a single symptom ? Patients diagnosed with a major psychiatric disorder according to DSM-5 criteria (e.g., schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, somatic symptom disorder, etc.) ? Patients diagnosed with a major medical condition such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, or liver disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients whose discharge was delayed due to social reasons rather than acute treatment needs, such as involuntary admission, waiting for facility placement, or lack of caregiving support at home ? Patients with insufficient key clinical data, including missing or incomplete records on length of stay, psychiatric diagnosis, medical diagnosis, or readmission status ? Patients under the age of 18 ? Patients who died during hospitalization, making outcome analysis unfeasible
