Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants are adult women aged 18 years or older who have no food allergies and no active skin inflammation or dermatological conditions. Inclusion criteria also require a body mass index (BMI) of 23 or higher or a body fat percentage of 28% or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include being male, currently pregnant, or breastfeeding. Individuals who have experienced a body weight change of ±5 kg within the past three months will also be excluded. Participants with planned travel during the study period or those currently enrolled in another clinical study will not be eligible. In addition, individuals who are taking medications prescribed by a psychiatrist, or who have scheduled medical procedures involving strong magnetic or electromagnetic radiation—such as X-rays, MRI, or CT scans—during the study period will be excluded.
