Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects of the study were new nurses who graduated from university, received nursing license from the Minister of Health and Welfare, and worked as clinical nurses in hospitals larger than general hospitals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those diagnosed with acute illnesses and undergoing treatment - Those unable to communicate verbally - Those taking medication; prior confirmation required
