Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ten male collegiate soccer players enrolled at K University in Seoul voluntarily participated in this study. Ethical approval was obtained from the Bioethics Review Committee of Kwangwoon University. Prior to participation, all procedures were thoroughly explained to the subjects, and written informed consent was obtained in accordance with institutional ethical guidelines. To ensure the safety of participants during the soccer-specific exercise testing protocol, a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) was administered in advance to screen for any potential health risks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who are deemed ineligible to safely engage in the exercise protocol based on their self-completed Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) will be excluded from the study. 1. If you answered “Yes” to one or more of the following questions: - Has a physician ever told you that you have a heart condition? - Do you frequently experience chest pain? - Do you often feel faint or dizzy? - Has a physician ever informed you that you have arthritis or an orthopedic condition that could be worsened by physical activity? - Has a physician ever told you that you have high blood pressure or hypertension? - Do you have any specific medical or personal reason that prevents you from exercising? - Are you over the age of 65 and have been physically inactive for a long period of time? 2. If you are currently diagnosed with any of the following conditions: 1) Cardiovascular Diseases - Hypertension - Stroke - Myocardial infarction - Angina pectoris - Cardiac arrhythmia 2) Metabolic Disorders - Diabetes mellitus - Hyperlipidemia - Thyroid dysfunction 3) Musculoskeletal Disorders - Arthritis - Osteoporosis 4) Respiratory Disorders - Asthma - Chronic bronchitis - Allergic rhinitis - Pulmonary tuberculosis 5. Thyroid Diseases 6. Liver Diseases
