Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Nurses working at C University Hospital in G City who fully understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily consent to participate 2) Nurses with 1 to 6 years of clinical experience, corresponding to the “basic level” in the clinical ladder for continuing education 3) Nurses interested in chest trauma care 4) Individuals able to participate in all intervention and evaluation sessions during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Nurses with less than 1 year or more than 6 years of clinical experience 2) Individuals diagnosed with neurological disorders presenting dizziness as a main symptom 3) Nurses not involved in direct patient care
