Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Obesity group - Men aged 20-30 with a body mass index of 25 kg/? or higher and a body fat percentage of 25% or higher who are overweight or obese - Those who have not exercised regularly in the past 6 months - Those who are mentally and physically healthy and have no past medical history B. Normal weight group - Men aged 20-30 with a body mass index and body fat percentage within the normal range - Those who have not exercised regularly in the past 6 months - Those who are mentally and physically healthy and have no past medical history

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Obese group - Those with normal body mass index and body fat percentage - Those who have suffered an orthopedic injury within the past year - Those with a history of severe cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, or mental illness - Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure 160/100 mmHg or higher) - Those with a conflict of interest with the researcher (same affiliation, students, researchers, etc.) - Others deemed unsuitable for participation by the researcher B.
