Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults aged between 65 and 80 years Individuals within one week after undergoing surgery for a hip fracture Individuals deemed medically stable and eligible for exercise-based intervention, as determined by a medical specialist Individuals who understand the purpose of the study, voluntarily agree to participate, and are able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cognitive impairment, defined as a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of 24 or below Individuals with severe orthopedic or neurological conditions, such as stroke or Parkinson’s disease Individuals who were non-ambulatory and bedridden prior to surgery Individuals who have difficulty understanding and responding to questionnaires or assessments Individuals with a body mass index (BMI) of 40 kg/m² or higher Individuals who do not consent to participate in the study
