Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy adult males aged between 20 and 35 years - No pain or functional impairment in the shoulder joint - Full range of motion of the shoulder with the ability to perform external rotation exercises - Normal scapulohumeral rhythm visually confirmed by two licensed physical therapists - Voluntary agreement to participate after receiving sufficient explanation about the study purpose and procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - History of shoulder disorders, surgery, or trauma within the past 6 months - Presence of neurological conditions or neuromuscular disorders - Participation in physical therapy or strength training within the past year - Prior experience with electromyographic (EMG) biofeedback training - Skin conditions or hypersensitivity at the electrode attachment sites - Musculoskeletal pain or functional problems in the upper limbs or shoulders
