Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with stroke resulting in hemiparesis based on MRI or CT findings. 2) Patients in the subacute phase of stroke, within 6 months of onset. 3) Patients with a Brunnstrom stage of 4 or higher in the affected upper limb. 4) Patients with a MoCA-K score of 23 or above, indicating no significant communication difficulties. 5) Patients not diagnosed with unilateral neglect according to the Line Bisection Test. 6) Patients who have provided informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of more than one stroke. 2) Patients with other neurological deficits unrelated to stroke. 3) Patients experiencing pain rated 4 or higher on the Numeric Rating Scale, which interferes with task performance.
