Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy baby boomers(born between 1955 and 1963) who are able to participate in nutrition and exercise programs and are capable of participating in online education.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have engaged in regular resistance exercise(1~2 times per week) over the past year, individuals who have taken protein supplements or androgen supplements within the past 6 months, individuals with diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension(systolic blood pressure > 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg despite medication), kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, lung disease, a history of cancer(within the past 2 years), or any other acute or chronic infectious disease diagnosed by a physician.
