Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age – Community-dwelling adults = 65 years. Residence – Living in one of the study districts: Yangcheon-gu (Seoul), Mapo-gu (Seoul), Chuncheon-si (Gangwon Province), or Gwangmyeong-si (Gyeonggi Province), Republic of Korea. Functional Status – Independent in activities of daily living (full score on the ADL scale). Service Enrollment – Either (a) registered recipients of the public Home-Visit Health Management Program, or (b) regular users of senior welfare centers / community senior clubs (Gyeong-rodang). Informed Consent – After receiving and fully understanding the study explanation, voluntarily signs written informed consent and agrees to follow all study instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Declines to provide consent to participate. Holds an officially assigned Long-Term Care Insurance grade for older persons. Currently undergoing active treatment for a malignant tumor. Currently taking psychiatric medication. Deemed by the investigators or study staff to be otherwise unsuitable for participation.
