Drug : This study targets patients visiting Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital who are clinically indicated for brain amyloid PET/CT imaging. Each patient will receive half the standard F-18 FMM

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Male and female adults aged 60 years or older ? Individuals who are able to communicate in Korean and have fully understood and consented to the purpose and procedures of the study ? Patients who, in the investigator’s judgment, possess sufficient vision, hearing, language ability, motor function, and comprehension to follow the study procedures (use of assistive devices such as glasses or hearing aids is permitted) ? Patients with the cognitive ability to make an autonomous decision to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cases in which other potential causes of cognitive impairment are suspected based on hematologic tests or brain MRI performed within the past 6 months, including neurosyphilis, hypo/hyperthyroidism, metabolic encephalopathy, brain tumor, acute cerebral hemorrhage, acute cerebral infarction, or Wernicke’s encephalopathy ? Employees directly involved in this clinical study or their immediate family members, if deemed unable to voluntarily participate
