Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur athletes aged 18 to 30 years, with at least 3 years of experience in sports, with a dynamic knee valgus greater than 10° on a single-leg squat screening test or inability to maintain balance for 30 seconds, and no injury or pain limiting participation in sports

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have had surgery on the lower extremities within the past 2 years, musculoskeletal injuries affecting the trunk or lower extremities, neurological conditions affecting balance or coordination, pregnancy, and those who are unable to participate during the entire intervention period.
