Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals diagnosed with either essential (primary) hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications , who have been taking oral medications for the condition within the past three years. 2) Aged 20 years or older. 3) Able to understand the content and purpose of this study. 4) Own a mobile device and have the ability to understand and use mobile applications. 5) Provide informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals diagnosed with essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus who are receiving non-oral treatments, such as injectable antihypertensive drugs, insulin therapy, or dialysis. 2) Individuals undergoing treatment for complications related to the diagnosis, or those who are hospitalized due to diseases associated with essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus. 3) Individuals who are unable to communicate. 4) Minors (under the age of 20).
