Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Overweight, obese, skinny fat, 11 to 15 years old - Subjects without regular exercise habits - Subjects who can perform regular exercise during the participation period - Both the voluntary participation of adolescents and their parents must agree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Subjects diagnosed with musculoskeletal disorders or other diseases by a specialist - Subjects who have difficulty performing regular exercise during the participation period - Subjects who have participated in another clinical trial or received clinical trial drugs within the past 4 weeks - Subjects with severe or unstable physical diseases - Neither the participant nor the parents consented
