Others(Acupotomy ) : Prior to the acupotomy procedure, each participants health status is assessed to identify and exclude conditions that may increase the risk of vasovagal responses such as syncope.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult men and women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cardiovascular disorders, infectious diseases, diabetes, chronic pain conditions, neurological or psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression), gynecological conditions, or other serious illnesses that may affect the study. (For female participants) Those not menstruating at the time of participation due to menopause, hysterectomy, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. (For female participants) Those using intrauterine contraceptive devices. Individuals taking medications that may affect the study, such as oral contraceptives, steroids, anticoagulants, or analgesics. Individuals with severely impaired cognitive function who are unable to provide informed consent or cooperate with the study. Individuals with skin diseases or sensory abnormalities at the acupotomy treatment site (lower back) or bio-signal measurement areas (fingers, wrists, lumbar region). Students or researchers affiliated with the study team or laboratory, including undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in classes taught by the investigators.
