Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Adults aged 60 years or older 2. Functional mobility ability: Those who can walk independently regardless of whether they use a walking aid 3. Cognitive function: Those with cognitive function at a level where they can understand and follow simple instructions 4. Communication ability: Those who can participate in the program and provide feedback because they can communicate basicly 5. Ability to consent: Those who can give written consent after receiving a sufficient explanation of the purpose and procedures of the study 6. Those who applied for and registered to participate in the Jangsaeng Program (Jangsaeng School)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate or higher cognitive impairment or dementia 2. Severe depression or mental illness: May affect intervention participation and effect measurement 3. Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or orthopedic diseases: When exercise participation is dangerous or limited 4. Severe musculoskeletal diseases: May affect exercise intervention participation and effect measurement. 5. Drug/alcohol addiction: May affect cognitive training and meditation effects 6. Infectious diseases transmitted through saliva 7. Participating in other similar interventions: Participation in other studies or programs may confuse the interpretation of results
