Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be Korean women in their 20s and 30s who have not experienced childbirth but are planning or intending to conceive. Eligible participants must have access to an internet-connected device, be familiar with mobile instant messaging or SNS platforms, possess a personal phone number and email, and provide written informed consent. -Inclusion Criteria: 1. Women aged 20 to 39 years 2. Fertile (having regular menstrual cycles; not menopausal) 3. No history of childbirth 4. Planning or intending to give birth within 3 years 5. Able to read and write in Korean 6. Possess a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or PC with internet access 7. Owns a mobile phone and email registered in her name 8. Familiar with using mobile messengers or SNS 9. Willing to voluntarily participate in the 4-week web program and able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for participants are as follows: women with a history of premature birh, women diagnosed with infertility, currently pregnant women, women working in obstetric-related healthcare institutions, participants who have received any education related to pregnancy or premature birh prevention during the study period.
