Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with low back pain lasting more than 3 months. 2) Individuals aged between 40 and 60 years. 3) Individuals with a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score of 5 or higher. 4) Individuals with an Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) score of 20% or higher. 5) Individuals without other musculoskeletal disorders affecting the lower back. 6) Individuals who have not undergone surgical procedures within the past year. 7) Individuals without sensory or motor paralysis or neurological signs in the lower back. 8) Individuals without structural abnormalities such as fractures or nerve involvement in the lower back. 9) Individuals who are not pregnant and do not have any psychiatric disorders.

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who did not provide informed consent 2) Individuals with acute low back pain 3) Individuals with a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score below 5 4) Individuals with an Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) score below 20% 5) Individuals with other musculoskeletal disorders affecting the lower back 6) Individuals with a history of surgical procedures within the past year 7) Individuals with sensory or motor paralysis or neurological signs in the lower back 8) Individuals with structural abnormalities such as fractures or nerve involvement in the lower back 9) Pregnant individuals or those with psychiatric disorders
