Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male and female adults aged 50 years or older who have been diagnosed with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction or heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and have been treated for more than 6 months 2) Those with a total score of 17 to 25 points on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Korean Version (MoCA-L) cognitive function test 3) Those without health problems that may cause cognitive impairment, such as stroke or dementia 4) Those with stable hemodynamic status 5) Those without psychiatric problems 6) Those who are able to communicate and answer questionnaires 7) Those who are not taking central nervous system-related medications 8) Those who are able to answer questionnaires during a one-on-one interview

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who received heart transplantation after being diagnosed with heart failure 2) Patients with transient heart failure caused by factors with a clear causal relationship (sepsis, anemia, thyrotoxicosis) in the absence of structural abnormalities of the heart and clearly normal left ventricular systolic function (left ventricular ejection fraction >60%) 3) Patients with acute aortic dissection or idiopathic hypertension 4) Patients with a total score of less than 17 points on the MoCA-K cognitive function test 5) Those who are unable to perform cognitive function tests or those diagnosed with cognitive impairment such as stroke or dementia
