Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male and female adults aged 50 years or older who have been diagnosed with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction or heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and have completed treatment for more than 6 months 2) Those with stable hemodynamic status 3) Those without psychiatric problems 4) Those without health problems that may cause cognitive impairment, such as stroke or dementia 5) Those who are able to communicate and answer the questionnaire 6) Those who are not taking central nervous system-related medications 7) Those who can answer the questionnaire during a one-on-one interview
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who received heart transplantation after being diagnosed with heart failure 2) Patients with transient heart failure caused by a clearly causal factor (sepsis, anemia, thyrotoxicosis) in the absence of structural abnormalities of the heart and clearly normal left ventricular systolic function (left ventricular ejection fraction >60%) 3) Patients with acute aortic dissection or secondary hypertension 4) Patients who cannot perform cognitive function tests
