Behavioral, Others(Digital Device) : This study involves a single-session intervention designed to evaluate the clinical validity of a digital functional assessment using an indoor Augmented Reality (
the number of completed shuttles is recorded. On-the-Spot Running (2 minutes): Participants perform knee-high steps in place
the total number of steps is measured. Side Jump (1 minute): Participants jump laterally across a 1-meter central marker
the total number of jumps is counted. Standing Long Jump: Participants perform a standing two-footed jump forward from a stationary position and then return to the starting point. Both the number of

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy adults aged 20 years or older - Individuals who are able to walk independently and have no difficulties in performing activities of daily living

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders - Vulnerable populations excluding students and employees (e.g., pregnant women, individuals with impaired decision-making capacity) - Individuals deemed unsuitable for study participation by the principal investigator for any other reason
