Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy Subjects - Adults aged 19 years or older who voluntarily decide to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. - Individuals who are physically capable of performing the required movements for the study. 2) Patients with Shoulder Joint Disorders (Rotator Cuff Disease) - Individuals experiencing shoulder pain for more than 3 months. - Individuals with at least one positive finding among the following physical examination tests: > Hawkins-Kennedy test > Painful arc between 60–120° during shoulder abduction > Empty can test - Individuals with rotator cuff pathology confirmed on musculoskeletal ultrasound, including: > Loss of fibrillar pattern of the rotator cuff > Partial thickness tear > Subacromial-subdeltoid bursitis with more than 2 mm fluid collection > Signs of impingement during abduction - Adults aged 19 years or older who voluntarily decide to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with full-thickness rotator cuff tears (positive Drop Arm Test or confirmed full-thickness tear on musculoskeletal ultrasound). - Individuals with a history of shoulder surgery due to rotator cuff tear. - Individuals with radiating pain symptoms caused by cervical disc herniation. - Individuals with limited passive range of motion due to adhesive capsulitis or similar conditions. - Individuals with widespread pain-related conditions other than shoulder pain. - Individuals who are expected to have difficulty complying with the study schedule. - Individuals deemed unsuitable for study participation at the discretion of the investigator.
