Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female high school soccer players aged 17 to 19 registered with the Korea Football Association

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players who had sustained a lower limb injury, undergone surgery within the past six months, or had limitations in participating in regular team training
