Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 and above who received orthodontic treatment at the Department of Orthodontics, Boramae Dental Hospital, and had a lingual fixed retainer placed on either the maxillary or mandibular arch, attending regular follow-up visits every 6 months after treatment completion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have received scaling within the past 6 months prior to the day of the clinical examination. Patients with partial detachment or deformation of the retainer. Patients who refuse to participate in the study or wish to withdraw during the study.
