Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Active firefighters with a history of exposure to traumatic events. 2)Individuals scoring 3 points or higher on the Korean version of the Primary Care PTSD Screen for DSM-5 (K-PC-PTSD-5). 3)Individuals with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI-K) score exceeding 5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals currently receiving treatment for severe mental (depression, schizophrenia) or physical illnesses (brain lesion disability). 2)Individuals currently taking sleeping pills or PTSD-related medications. 3)Individuals currently using complementary and alternative therapies involving ear reflexology or acupuncture. 4)Individuals with skin conditions such as frostbite, eczema, or ulcers on both ears or at the acupressure application sites.
