Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder by a psychiatrist 2. Individuals with a mental illness aged between 18 and 65 years 3. Individuals with a Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) score of 51 or higher (indicating moderate symptoms or functional difficulties, but capable of performing daily activities and participating in programs with some independence) 4. Individuals who meet at least one risk factor for metabolic syndrome 5. Users of smartphones with Android or iOS operating systems 6. Individuals who provided written informed consent to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with neurological disorders other than mental illness, or those with co-occurring intellectual disabilities 2. Individuals who have difficulty engaging in physical activity 3. Individuals with alcohol or other substance dependence 4. Individuals who have difficulty using mobile devices or applications
