Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 to 35 years. Individuals who report discomfort during neck movement with a score of 3 or higher on the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Individuals who have not taken analgesics or muscle relaxants for headaches within the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of cervical spine surgery or orthopedic conditions (for example: cervical disc herniation, cervical fracture) Individuals with lower limb disorders that affect balance ability Individuals with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher
