Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosed with hemiplegic stroke 2)Scored 24 or higher on the Mini-Mental State Examination-Korea (MMSE-K), indicating no cognitive impairment 3)Able to walk for more than 6 minutes, regardless of the use of assistive devices 4)Capable of performing treadmill walking 5)No history of medications or surgeries that affect balance 6)No history of cardiac or pulmonary diseases within the last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of neurological or orthopedic diseases other than stroke 2)Communication or motor learning limitations that would interfere with training
