Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy young-old adults aged 65 to 74 years (2) Independent ambulation without deficits in lower limb strength and cognitive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) body weight =100 kg (2) musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting ambulation (3) history of foot or ankle surgical procedures within the past 6 months (4) cognitive impairment that could hinder participation in the study.
